About Us

For the past 20 years in Costa Rica, Healthy Life Therapy has been helping people reach an optimal state of health and wellness through nutrition, personal training, life coaching, cleansing, yoga, meditation and injury rehabilitation. Our extreme personal transformation system is all natural and contains no artificial supplements, drugs, injections, invasive surgeries or chemical peels. We stress the use of only all natural food and products including supplements, beauty products and household cleaners. We help people in person and online, to develop daily exercise programs, eating regimens and spiritual practices such as prayer, yoga and meditation. We also host regular adventure vacations where nutrition is not the main focus, however clients still eat three balanced meals daily with diverse choices from international fare and a typical Costa Rican menu.
